Abigail a Registered Professional Planner, currently working New Commons Development, a nonprofit real estate development. Previously, she worked with Toronto Community Housing in Regent Park and in Halifax’s youth shelter/housing system. She recently launched the Black Planning Project and the Mentoring Initiative for Indigenous and Planners of Colour; initiatives to reshape planning and to connect BIPOC planners.
