Benjamin is a Coordinator of Newcomer Family Settlement Services at The 519 and is currently pursuing a Masters in Environmental Studies with a specialization in Planning at York University. He has a background in LGBTQ2S Inclusion, immigration and settlement, and youth well-being. Most recently, Benjamin was honoured to receive the Alumni Emerging Leader Award at the University of Toronto- Victoria College, and was named a 2018 DiverseCity Fellow with the CivicAction Leadership Foundation.
