Chad John-Baptiste is the Director of the Planning, Landscape Architecture & Urban Design division in Thornhill. Chad has more than 16 years of experience in providing planning and development management services for both public and private sector clients. His experience includes the coordination, processing, and preparation of official plan and zoning by-law amendments, plans of subdivision, site plans, consent and minor variance applications. Chad’s experience also includes municipal planning studies, master plans, and providing expert evidence at the Ontario Municipal Board/Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
