Christie leads the Thames Valley District School Board’s Planning Department where she plays a key role in developing and implementing short- and long-term student accommodation and capital plans across the cities of London, St. Thomas and Woodstock, as well in the counties of Elgin, Middlesex and Oxford. Prior to working for TVDSB, Christie worked in municipal government in Southwestern Ontario, as well as across western Canada. Christie is a graduate of the University of Waterloo’s School of Planning and the University of Guelph’s School of Environmental Design and Rural Development.
