Jocelyn Cadieux is fluently bilingual and has finished his master's in planning from York University in May 2020. For his thesis, Jocelyn analyzed the current regulations for non-medical cannabis farming in Ontario and has looked at how municipalities have adjusted their Zoning By-Laws accordingly. He currently is a Planner at WSP in their Ottawa office.
