Kasper Koblauch is a Registered Professional Planner with WSP’s Planning, Landscape Architecture & Urban Design practice, working out of the Ottawa office. He has over five years of planning policy, land development, and community engagement experience. He joined WSP in 2017 after working for more than two years with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing in both the Greater Toronto Area and in Northern Ontario. Kasper has been involved in a range of development approvals projects including Supportive Housing projects such as the Shepherds of Good Hope’s 765 Montreal Road project in the City of Ottawa. Kasper completed his Master of Planning in Urban Development at Ryerson University in 2013.
