Kirsten has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies – Honours Planning from the University of Waterloo and has been working as a planner for 16+ years. She has held various positions in development planning, community and long range planning, and recreation planning. In her current role at Niagara Region, her primary focus is on the preparation of District Plans and collaboration with the local area municipalities on the review of Secondary Plans.
