Matthew is a planner at Urban Strategies and a Registered Professional Planner. He has worked at Urban Strategies since 2016, contributing to a variety of projects for public and private sector clients involving project management, land use and development strategy, and planning policy writing and analysis. Matthew has undertaken the development approvals for a range of residential, commercial, institutional and retail projects throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. He was the planner and project manager for the Eglinton East LRT Planning Study, creating a vision for the corridor, a public realm concept plan, and supporting strategies to leverage the transit investment for economic and social development in underserved communities. Other recent experience includes heritage conservation district studies, university campus planning, and transit station design.
