Natalie Boodram, BUR.Pl., MES, MCIP, RPP is a Senior Planner and Registered Professional Planner with WSP Canada Group Limited. She has a Master in Environmental Studies from York University and a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University. Natalie’s area of expertise is land use planning and development. In Natalie’s 15 years of experience, she has worked on numerous land use projects, including providing strategic advice to private sector clients, development opportunity assessments / due diligence reports, planning analysis and justification, and all types of planning and development applications. Natalie’s project experience includes sites in both urban and suburban areas in Southern Ontario, including high density development, redevelopment, infill development, greenfield subdivisions. Her projects include residential, resort, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, and institutional developments. Natalie is skilled in managing multi-disciplinary project teams, including transportation engineers, civil engineers, noise engineers, urban designers, and architects, among other land development and building professionals. She is experienced in representing landowners and developers’ interests to municipal staff, coordinating, and expediting planning approvals. She is also experienced in delivering planning presentations to municipal councils and committees of adjustment.
