#2GETHER2022
Will Lamond is a Toronto-based urban planner and Policy Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure. He is a recent graduate from York University’s Master in Environmental Studies Planning program, and before becoming a planner he was a theatre actor for ten years, working all across Canada from St. John’s, Newfoundland, to Edmonton, Alberta. Will’s professional focus is the intersection of policy, design, and urban planning, and their reflection in day to day urban spaces. He is a passionate advocate for the re-allocation of public space from cars to people, and hopes to draw on his experience as an artist to develop holistic, creative, community-based methods of placemaking.
