MW10: Toronto's Waterfront - Vision to Implementation

This mobile workshop will give participants the opportunity to see, first-hand, how ideas and a vision materialize in the Central Waterfront area of the City of Toronto. Participants will tour a portion of the waterfront on foot, including the East Bayfront mixed-use neighbourhood. Specific features will include a visit to Corus Entertainment, George Brown College's Waterfront Campus, Sugar Beach and Sherbourne Park, as well as Parkside and Bayside where the first East Bayfront residential buildings are under construction..
 
Learning Outcomes:

• Learn more about Toronto's Waterfront Revitalization project.
• Hear about progressive approaches to City building.
• Observe first hand the progress on Toronto's waterfront
