Jayne Naiman is a Waterfront Project Manager with the City of Toronto Waterfront Secretariat. As part of the Secretariat's "one window" function, Jayne manages the City's involvement in the Central Waterfront and East Bayfront. This includes precinct planning exercises, the Queens Quay revitalization project and the revitalization of East Bayfront. Jayne has been involved with the Waterfront Project since the 3 orders of government announced funding for the project. She has participated in its evolution from the ground up. Previously, Jayne was with City Planning and coordinated the preparation of Making Waves, the Central Waterfront Secondary Plan. Jayne is a professional planner by background and received her Master's degree in Planning from the University of Toronto in 1982. Since graduating, Jayne has held various planning and policy positions with the Ontario government, City of Scarborough and City of Toronto.
