David McCleary has over 35 years experience in the areas of project management and public policy. Until 2006 he worked for the Region of Halton in a variety of roles including Senior Policy Advisor and OMB Case Manager. After working for the Toronto Board of Trade he joined Strategycorp as a senior advisor. His career has provided him with indepth experience with the project management process from both the public and private sector perspective.
