David McKay is Vice President and Partner of MHBC Planning, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture. David has been a practicing planner for over 17 years and is full member of CIP and OPPI. David has undertaken a variety of work for the public and private sector, including over 25 million square feet of retail and commercial development in urban and suburban locations throughout Canada. His work has involved a variety of land uses, and most recently he has focused on mixed use and intensification projects.
