David has worked for SGL since 2008 and previously worked for the cities of Mississauga and St. Catharines and for Mattamy Homes. David has experience with preparing various studies and planning reviews and has extensive experience in land use mapping and analysis. David has worked on a wide array of projects and planning studies, with a particular focus on the Official Plan reviews, policy studies and both minor and major development applications in municipalities across Southern Ontario.
