Mr. White's career spans 25 years in the telecommunications industry, including senior R&D and project management roles at Alcatel-Lucent and Motorola. Since 2007, Mr. White has been directly involved in projects related to rural broadband and wireless technologies, including municipal and provincial efforts to improve services to Canadians. In 2012, Mr. White accepted the role as the first Executive Director of CRINS-SINRC with a mandate to grow the not-for-profit corporation from 6 municipal units in 2012 to now include over 160 municipalities across Canada. With a background in electrical engineering and business, Mr. White leads a technical team in support of CRINS-SINRC municipal members to improve the design and siting of radiocommunications facilities, as well as ensuring the general public are consulted on new infrastructure in their communities.
