Alan Drozd, MCIP, RPP has a broad range of experience at the local municipal level. In his current role, as Manager Planning Services at the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville he deals with the full range of planning issues from policy to application review to urban design. As a smaller municipality Whitchurch- Stouffville relies on consultants to carry out any significant planning studies. Alan has been extensively involved in hiring and managing the consultant relationship for a full range of planning studies including the Town's new zoning by-law, secondary plans, a commercial policy review and intensification studies.
