Elizabeth Howson, BES, MCIP, RPP has been a partner in the firm of Macaulay Shiomi Howson Ltd. since 1983. She has 40 years experience, the majority as a consultant. A major portion of her practice involves the preparation of official plans, secondary plans, zoning bylaws and other special studies for municipalities. As a result, she has considerable experience with the hiring and management of consultants from the consultant perspective.
